At CES, attention
is everything.

With 4,500+ exhibitors competing for the same audience, getting noticed is no small feat. It’s also what we do best.

Work that really really works

Every client defines CES success differently. We start with your goals, then build the strategy and creative to get you there. And if you happen to win Best in Show along the way, so be it.

CES Planning Questions

You’ve got CES questions.
We’ve got answers.

What to know before the designs start flying and the deadlines start shrinking.

When should we start planning a CES 2027 exhibit?

For most CES programs, June is a good target. That gives us enough runway for strategy, design rounds, engineering and fabrication without stretching the planning process longer than it needs to be. Larger or more complex programs may benefit from starting earlier.

Of course, we’ve delivered full CES show spaces in much less time, in some cases under two months. A late start isn’t automatically a dealbreaker. It just changes what makes sense. Bring us your timeline and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.

‍

Should we rent, build custom, or do a hybrid?

It depends on how many shows the exhibit needs to work for, how much of it needs to be unmistakably yours and where you want the budget doing its hardest work.

Rental structures can keep costs predictable and free up budget for higher-impact moments. Custom fabrication makes more sense when the architecture itself has a job to do. Most of our CES programs land somewhere in the middle, combining owned or rented structure with custom focal points, large-format graphics and specialty finishes where they count. Reach out and we can price options side by side.

Our design is already done. Can you just build and install it?

Absolutely. We have the in-house capabilities and expertise to serve as a production and execution partner for client and agency-designed exhibits, handling estimating, engineering, fabrication, logistics, on-site labor and third-party services.

For one longtime CES client, we’ve spent seven years bringing their internal marketing team’s design to life on the CES floor. That work has earned Best of Show Stand honors at CES in consecutive years.

Do you handle logistics beyond the booth?

Quite a bit beyond the booth. Shipping, installation and dismantle, show services, third-party ordering, technical support and storage are all part of the program. So are the details that tend to become very important about 48 hours before doors open: hotels, staffing, uniforms, vehicle detailing and executive transportation.

Can you support live product demos with heavy or technical requirements?

Yes. And the earlier we know what the product needs to do, the better.

We’ve engineered reinforced flooring for a 300-kilogram robot, gantry rigging and safety barriers, RF-controlled zones and LED systems feeding ten demo stations at once. Our engineering and fabrication teams start with the demo requirements, then design the environment to support them.

How do we measure whether the exhibit worked?

Start with what the business needs from CES. Qualified leads. Pipeline. Dwell time. Press coverage. Survey sentiment. Whatever matters most, we define it before design starts and recommend the right tools to measure it accurately on-site.

CES isn’t just a trade show.
It’s a proving ground.

At CES, getting someone through the door is only the beginning. The real opportunity is what happens next: the demo they try, the story that finally clicks, the conversation they weren’t planning to have. That’s why we design CES exhibits around more than attention. We design for curiosity. Here's how:

Invite exploration

The best experiences don’t give up the whole story from 30 feet away. We design to give your audience a reason to come closer. When they do, we make sure it was worth the trip.

Reward the curious

Great CES creative comes in layers. We use story, space and surprise to reveal more as the experience continues, because one discovery should lead to another.

Design for intention

We know that five engaged minutes with the right person beats 500 people passing through for the tote bag. We create for the former.

Connect disciplines

Strategy, creative, digital, fabrication and execution work together from the beginning, keeping the experience cohesive through opening day.

CES exhibits have a lot of moving parts.
Conveniently, so do we.

Experience Strategy

We define what drives the audience, refine the message and develop the journey to give every CES touchpoint a clear role in the larger brand story. Because “let’s do something cool” is not technically a strategy.

Exhibit Design

We create environments your audience wants to enter, explore and spend some time in. Preferably, more time than they planned.

Interactive Experiences

Curiosity likes buttons. That's just a fact. Digital and physical interactions turn abstract technology into something people can touch, test and understand for themselves.

Keynotes

From show production and onscreen content to staging, technology and all the cues in between, we create CES keynotes that make the big moment feel as big as it should.

Fabrication + Production

Design, engineering and fabrication teams work together to protect the big idea from all those pesky realities of physics, timelines and wear and tear from 150k CES attendees.

On-Site Execution
