Czarnowski Collective Launches Czar EMEA, Expanding Its Global Network Across Continents

New division scales the agency's established U.S. and European operations to deliver brand experiences to clients expanding across markets.

Czarnowski Collective announced the launch of Czar EMEA, a full-service division that will imagine, create, engineer, and deliver brand experiences across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Czar EMEA is Czarnowski Collective's first strategic growth move outside the U.S. since being acquired by Platinum Equity earlier this year. Built on the company's existing European operations in Cologne, the expansion aims to provide current and future clients a consistent, trusted partner across multiple continents.

Czarnowski Collective has delivered programs for its clients outside the United States for years. Czar EMEA builds that service out on the ground — local teams, local production capability, and regional leadership — deepening what the company already does and extending the range of work it can take on in each market. For clients, that means one team, one cohesive plan, and one standard of delivery.

"With the backing of Platinum Equity, we now have the resources to scale with intention while preserving the culture, leadership, and client relationships that built this company. As our first growth initiative outside the United States since the partnership began, Czar EMEA is evidence of that commitment come to life. For nearly eighty years, Czarnowski has been the trusted brand experience partner for some of the world's most iconic brands. As those brands expand their global footprint, we're evolving to bring them the same standard of work in more markets." — Jim Milanowski, CEO, Czarnowski Collective

Czar EMEA brings nearly eight decades of experiential expertise into the regions, with an end-to-end breadth of capabilities, including: brand strategy and creative development, engineering and in-house fabrication, I&D, labor services, on-site execution, and the logistics that hold a global program together. The agency offers holistic solutions for immersive brand experiences, interactive engagements, permanent and temporary brand environments, and the major industry gatherings where brands meet their audiences in person.

The new division builds on the company’s European operations in Cologne and is led by Florian Faber as President, Czar EMEA. Faber brings more than fifteen years in experiential and live-communications leadership: he built and led the Live Marketing Solutions division at MCH Group, one of Europe's leading live-marketing groups, before serving as the group's CEO.

"We already deliver for our clients around the world. What changes is how: local teams, local culture, and capabilities that live in the region rather than only travel to it. Europe is where that starts, and within the next twelve months we'll be in the Middle East, and not only there.

The faster the world moves, the more people value what can't be automated: being in a room together, experiencing something real. Czarnowski has been doing that for the world's biggest brands for decades. We're building the team to do it for the next one." — Florian Faber, President, Czar EMEA
