On-Site Execution & Show Floor Management

On-site execution is everything between the crates arriving and the last panel coming down: install, labor coordination, systems checks, daily operations, and dismantle. It is the least visible part of an exhibit program and the part most likely to determine whether a design is actually experienced the way it was drawn. Good execution is mostly contingency planning done weeks earlier.
