Rebranding is one thing. Making a new brand identity feel real, three-dimensional, and genuinely experiential in front of the global textile industry's most discerning audience is another challenge entirely.

Coats arrived at Texprocess 2026 in Frankfurt ready to do exactly that. With an updated brand identity in hand and a clear vision for what it needed to communicate, Coats partnered with Czarnowski to translate that identity into a spatial experience that could hold its own on one of the industry's biggest stages.

The centerpiece of the stand was an immersive brand experience tunnel that served as both a physical threshold and a storytelling device, connecting digital narrative with hands-on product presentation in a single, seamless journey. Visitors didn't walk into a booth. They walked into the Coats brand.

From there, the experience unfolded across a series of thoughtfully designed zones. Interactive touchpoints invited engagement at every turn. Hero product walls presented Coats' solutions with the kind of visual clarity that makes complex technology feel accessible. Digitally supported presentations gave sales conversations the context and depth they needed to land. And the Dark Room, a dedicated immersive environment set apart from the main floor energy, gave attendees a focused, sensory experience that slowed them down and drew them in.

Throughout, integrated hospitality and meeting areas supported genuine professional exchange without closing the stand off or disrupting its openness. The balance between accessibility and depth was deliberate and it worked.

The result was a stand that felt coherent, contemporary, and unmistakably Coats: forward-thinking without being alienating, structured without feeling rigid, and refined enough to reinforce exactly the kind of industry leadership the brand has spent decades earning. A new chapter of the Coats story, told one square meter at a time.
