RefleXion had a problem most brands would kill for: technology so revolutionary it was almost too big to show off. Literally.
At ASTRO, their first commercial showcase, RefleXion needed to introduce biology-guided radiotherapy to the healthcare world in a way that matched the magnitude of the breakthrough. Complex technology. High stakes audience. One shot to make it land.
So we dropped it. Conceptually speaking.
The design centered on the radiotherapy machine as the hero, "dropped" into the middle of a 30'x50' space, sending ripples of information and architecture radiating outward in every direction. There was just one small logistical wrinkle: the actual machine weighs six tons.
We improvised brilliantly. Using only the machine's outer covers, we fitted custom-curved OLEDs over the service hatches, simulating the full look of the machine with stunning fidelity. A proximity-triggered sound system narrated the experience as attendees approached, turning every walk-up into a moment of discovery.
The result was a debut as dramatic as the science behind it, and an introduction to RefleXion that the ASTRO audience won't forget anytime soon.
