With just 24 days until WrestleMania 42, Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority (GEA) needed two fan activations built and ready for one of the biggest weekends in sports entertainment. The goal was simple: give fans a glimpse of what awaits when WrestleMania heads to Saudi Arabia in 2026.

Inside the Las Vegas Convention Center, fans could explore Saudi Arabia's growing partnership with WWE throughout WrestleMania Week. The space gave attendees a reason to stop, engage, and learn more between the week's many events and appearances.

Just outside Allegiant Stadium, a second activation met fans where the excitement was already building. Positioned along the path to WrestleMania, it became a highly visible touchpoint for thousands of attendees heading into the event.

Thousands of fans experienced the activations across WrestleMania Week, but the real story happened behind the scenes. By working as one integrated team from the start, Czarnowski compressed months of coordination into just a few weeks, delivering two large-scale experiences without sacrificing quality, craftsmanship, or momentum.
