When you're Bobcat, your dealer meeting has to hit as hard as your equipment. The 2025 event at Bonnet Creek in Orlando was built to do exactly that.

Spanning 250,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the challenge was to bring together 1,700 dealers and guests in a way that was educational, engaging, energizing, and operationally flawless. No small order.

Czarnowski Collective designed a dynamic multi-zone layout covering six distinct experience areas including General Session, Demo Areas, Networking Lounges, and Breakout Spaces. A custom Experience Bobcat mobile app handled pre-event communication, real-time updates, and interactive wayfinding, so attendees always knew exactly where to go and what was happening next. Large-scale demo zones featured expert operators running live equipment demonstrations and giving dealers genuine hands-on machine time. Augmented and virtual reality experiences added another layer of product depth, while gamified challenges, interactive sales trainings, and future-focused keynotes kept engagement high across the full program.

High-impact LED displays and a cutting-edge AV setup powered the keynote sessions. Contingency planning for weather kept outdoor activations running without a hitch. Concierge-style event support, exclusive evening entertainment, and premium hospitality made sure every dealer felt like a priority, not just an attendee.

Data-driven post-event follow-up, including engagement tracking and exclusive content distribution, kept the momentum going long after the last machine was parked.

The result: a high-energy, high-impact dealer meeting that set a new industry standard. Tough crowd. Tougher execution.
