Entering the world of branded gaming content is one thing. Building a set worthy of it is another.

When State Farm greenlit Gamerhood—a live Twitch stream series built around gaming culture—they needed a physical environment that could do a lot of heavy lifting: look incredible from every camera angle, integrate seamlessly with complex streaming equipment, reflect the State Farm brand without feeling like a State Farm commercial, and keep nine live contestants comfortable, safe, and camera-ready. Easy, right?

Czarnowski Collective approached it in phases. Design, marketing, and production teams aligned early to ensure the concept resonated with gaming culture while meeting the functional demands of live broadcasting. Detailed blueprints mapped every prop, light, and cable run. A dedicated on-site project manager kept everything on schedule and on spec—troubleshooting in real time, running dress rehearsals, and making sure every visual element was locked before the stream went live.

The result: five two-hour episodes, nine live contestants, one million views across YouTube and Twitch, and one endorsement from Jake from State Farm—which, honestly, is the metric we're most proud of.

A new benchmark for branded gaming events, built from the ground up.
