SAP SuccessFactors arrived at UNLEASH America with a 20x20 footprint and a focused brief: use existing assets, add some energy, and bring a full suite of activations to life alongside them. For context, UNLEASH America is the International Festival of HR, drawing close to 2,000 leaders, technology buyers, and vendors from nearly 100 countries to Caesars Forum in Las Vegas for three days of big ideas, bigger networking, and a show floor where standing out is genuinely competitive sport. Basically, it’s the exact kind of challenge we love to tackle.

We started with the visual foundation, illuminating their anvil logos and building out lightbox demo stations to give the space presence and polish without a complete overhaul. 

From there, we layered in a full slate of experiences: a Silent Disco speaker series complete with Pink Box Donuts for attendees, a Starbucks Cold Brew fridge stocked for the show floor, and a curated giveaway experience featuring client-sourced Tony's Chocolonely bars, branded cozies, custom pens, SmartRecruiters mascot plushies, and branded gummy bears, all woven into the booth atmosphere. We also assisted in catering an intimate influencer lunch to keep the SAP SuccessFactors conversation going off the floor. 

On the final evening, we raised a glass with a champagne toast during show floor happy hour. And when the last panel wrapped, full video production kept the energy alive: social media segments shot and edited for post-show follow-up, plus a seven-minute long-format cut that captured the full story. In 400 square feet, SAP SuccessFactors wasn't just present at one of the most influential HR events in the world. They were a destination.
